ECOCOOL SYN 2180 is a high performance synthetic coolant specially formulated for machining and grinding ferrous metals. ECOCOOL SYN 2180 has special high technology lubricity additives that provide fine metal finishes and extended tool life. ECOCOOL SYN 2180 is operator friendly with its mild odor and non-harsh chemicals.

ECOCOOL SYN 2180 has excellent pH stability for an extended bath life and lower waste treatment costs. It is chlorine free for easier waste treatment. In use, it rejects tramp oils and keeps machines and parts clean.

How to Use
ECOCOOL SYN 2180 is recommended for heavy duty machining operations on ferrous materials. Use dilutions range from 20:1 to 10:1 depending on the severity of the operation. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) to 32°C (90°F). Safety data sheets are available.
