Ecocool 4096

ECOCOOL 4096 is a water miscible soluble oil coolant intended for heavy duty ferrous and non-ferrous machining in both individual sumps and central systems. It is useful for a variety of tough turning, grinding, broaching, drilling, milling, tapping, sawing, gun-drilling, and threading operations on all types of steel. It is formulated to provide long sump life, low odour, and excellent pH stability.

ECOCOOL 4096 is designed to form a tight emulsion when mixed with water for improved emulsion stability, efficient heat transfer from the cutting tool, and tolerates tramp oils without producing insoluble residues. It contains a novel lubricity package that makes it especially effective for aluminium machining and extreme pressure package to extend tool life on steel. It is low foaming and is stable in water 500 ppm as CaCO3.

How to Use
ECOCOOL 4096 is mixed with water for use. It may be used at concentrations ranging from 10:1 to 20:1. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL 4096 concentrate to water. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) to 32°C (90°F).
